I wanted to post this as I love The School of Life videos and hopefully it may be useful to someone who sees it at a time they need to. I wish I had seen this many years ago. Ironically, I was in an abusive relationship for 20 years and he left me not the other way round! But it was the best thing he ever did :)

Exactly the same....20 years, dreadful abuse, he left me...... likewise, the only decent thing he ever did.
Hope the above is helpful to someone else too

Accurate. Very.

Oh dear. Everything in that video rings bells with me. Yet still I'm persuaded half the time that it's me and my mental health issues. He winds me up so badly yet so subtly and I react dreadfully and worse over time so it looks like it's all me. So maybe it is me. Or me plus the general stress of having kids. I never know. But it's me who is depressed, anxious, angry, resentful, on pills, nothing like my old happy self. Yet the video is how I feel. Could you feel like that but still be the problem? Sad
