Romantic breaks midweek

Looking for a romantic break for a few days midweek next week or week after
I need something within 2/3 hours driving of Manchester
Hot tub would be nice
Somewhere secluded but a walk away from a cozy pub
Need to get away from noise people and pollution
Any ideas?

Charlesworth Lodges in Glossop is lovely - I've stayed at the cottage there, think it's called the old barn. Lovely hot tub and nice and quiet, 10 minute walk to the pub and only around 40 minutes from Manchester
