Help with advice please

OK so lately my other half has changed so much we pretty much argue all the time lately and I've had enough only problem is I no if I ask him to leave he won't do it . (Have asked before ) he isn't on my rent agreement he does however live here what should I do .

Why are things bad between you? Have they always been or just suddenly? Maybe something underlying? Have you talked to each other about how you're feeling? (obvious).

If he wont leave, does he want to work things out with you then? It sounds like this is one sided on your part.

Work and life is taking a toll on us both lately I have tried to talk with him but the augment's are always the same as the last time he can be a lovely sweet guy one minute then the next he's rude cheeky and rather nasty with comments . I do not want to be a bad person and kick him out . I would rather sit down and talk it out with him but this hasn't worked in the past
