I used to be but now im a single mum with bad IBS, anxiety and depression. Is it sad not being a catch?!

My ibs massively improved once I stopped eating bread, cut down hugely on carbs and bad foods. Try giving up wheat. That used to make me bloated and constantly on the toilet.

Be honest with yourself for a moment here, OP:

Do you get something out of rebuffing everyone's suggestions and comments? Does it serve to make you even less loveable? Do you want this to change? Perhaps the most terrifying thing is that you can change - have you considered that?

I have ibs and anxiety. Been with my partner 13 years oh and overweight but he still thinks I'm beautiful and still in love with me.

As for your ibs being that bad, have you been to your docs? I found engagement with docs, a food diary to work out what foods caused me to be ill. Exercise and meditation videos on YouTube really help as well. Also remember anxiety exacerbates it. I'm on buscopan and immodium. Also daw a dietician on my ibs. Good luck.
