Just after being cheated on a month ago and now watching tonight's love island episode, I have finally lost the little respect or trust I had left for men! I'm going crazy! I'm looking for some positivity please ladies!! Any happy couples/experiences, to restore some hope back in me please

First of all...stop watching that drivel. It doesn't really represent men as a whole.

Believe me you get through the other side eventually after being cheated on (I've been there!) and despite the fact there are cheating idiots out there, I'm confident that there are nice men. I have a few male friends who are very loving and respectful of their partners.

You are still in the raw phase and in time this will fade.
