Why do things always seem so much worse at night?

Poor sleeping. Separated now for nearly 2 weeks and he has been gone pretty much the same amount of time. I initiated the split but tonight I feel so low and miss him. Cannot believe my whole life has changed so quickly. God this is bloody hard. Anyone else coming to terms with a marriage split?

Just remind yourself why you split, over a d over. Being sentimental is the enemy now.
