Worst/funniest dating story

OLD can be soul destroying. I've forbidden myself to ever do it again. So very many douchebags masquerading as "genuine" guys looking for a relationship. Does anyone have a funny/bizarre/intriguing story?? At least we should get a laugh from it if not a decent relationship!! I'm real, not a journalist btw. I don't have any funny stories just disappointment, and more reasons not to trust.

Long before OLD existed I was set up on a blind date by a friend of a friend of a friend. He was a really lovely guy and we had a lovely evening until I discovered he was wearing underwear which was more frilly than those that I had on. I was quite young and naive at the time and didn't really react to the discovery. I gave him a goodnight peck but did not give him my number.

I so agree. I would be scared to be out there now with all the pressure those younger than me are under. Although there were a few strange ones about as I experienced. I can't imagine how girls would react to this nowadays..
