Ex Partner now allowing Court instructed child access. Help?

Posting for someone I know who is distraught. Was the only child from an abusive relationship and suffered a bit with her emotional health because of it. She has not had access to dc for months now and it's tearing her apart.

Where can she go for some experienced help?

Her social worker before the custody court case was new in the job and made so many errors this made a huge difference to the case. She has now left and there is a new social worker on the case but it's so messy. There have since been 3 other social workers, and all of them have left so it starts all over again..

Ex was abusive, manipulative and she fears him. Now he has not stuck to the access and overnight agreement and his partner has put an injunction in place to stop her going anywhere near his house or her child.

For what it's worth her child wrote a letter to the court because he wanted to live with his mum who he's always lived with but they wouldn't accept it. This was because they though he may have been forced to write it. He wasn't. He's 12 now and has a mind of his own.

It's much more complicated than I can put down here. She doesn't have lots of money to hire someone competent to stand in her corner. She is desperate for help and is an emotional wreck because of this. Any links or organisations she can contact.

Thanks in advance.
