Good article. the covert stuff is just so sneaky and subtle, it can take a long time to realise it is going on.

Very good article. It strange looking back at by exH with hindsight and seeing all these things that he'd do and remembering what it was like feeling constantly undermined, wrong-footed, to blamefor all his woes!

good article but also slightly scary as really low level versions of these traits could be found in just about anyone.
