Surviving sexual assault

I am not a mum and this has nothing to do with children but I’m looking for support and advice on surviving sexual assault. When I was 7 years old I was sexually assault quite seriously on several occasions by 2 different men, both 18 year old but both separate cases. I am now 18 and really struggling, especially when it comes to relationships. I can’t seem to trust anyone and the thought of having sex scares me and makes me feel physically sick. I never talk about it which I think is making it much worse, need help and support if people are willing.

Hi Delenaxx
Well done for posting here and reaching out to talk about it. I am bumping this for you so hopefully some wiser people than I can come and advise.
I am so very sorry this happened to you. Did you have any form of counselling at the time? Would you consider it now?
