Hi looking for advice I am so close to breaking it off with my partner of 18 years. Two young children together.
It all started back in March found he was chatting secretly on Instagram with a female work colleague. This caused upset for weeks. I am now left feeling so insecure. It has come to light I have found one of them secret calculator apps now. Are they used for cheating? I am so done with all this paranoia. I know he watches porn regularly so is this app maybe for that. 😭😔

Not sure a secret calculator app is used for communication tbh, they are usually to disguise folders for pictures, videos, possibly porn?
Look for kik or whatsapp. These are the most used apps for people who want to keep messaging private.
Sorry he's made you feel so bad. I'd ask for full transparency after what he's done, ie full access to his phone, computer, social media until he has earned back trust from you, but that may never happen op. Once it's gone it tends to be gone.

Also fyi, usually the secret calculator apps take screenshots of the person trying and failing to enter with a wrong password, so if you have tried he more then likely has pictures of you doing so and will cover his tracks better.

Hi sadie thanks for reply. I see dont know much about secret apps as I hide nothing. I googled on iPhone you can have secret contacts in it? Oh dear if I have been caught on a screenshot that's so dodgy. He does have whatts app so do I. Can you hide chats there too? You are right about trust it's hard to get it back sadly. I have enough to worry about with a 5 year old and 4 month old 😔 xxx
