DH and I have been together for almost 5 years, we had our dd2 2 months ago. We are luchy as we have resumed our sexual life quite quickly BUT it's a bit boring so I would like to try some new things but I dont know what really...This is why I have the idea of getting a book...an approachable one IYKWIM..I mean we need to be a bit adventurous otherwise we may get bored of each other ? No ? The sooner the better

what about subscribing to scarlet magazine? they have sex tips and stories and all sorts of stuff in there, plus it will be something new to read every month instead of thesame old book being thumbed through

Theres one called Making love better than ever, which is excellent for ideas. Ill try and find the author for you

Thank you for your answers ! I was starting to get embarrassed not having any ! It's exactly what I want..something definitely not tacky or something too old !!

The good ol' traditional Karma Sutra (sp?) is quite good, although some publications are better than others.
Also, there is nothing better than getting all dressed up in your sexiest undies, standing in the living room door with sultry look apon face and cheekily asking 'Are you coming up to bed, or not?'

The Joy of Sex is still a good book. They've shaved the beard off the man and it's not too cheesy and it's got some good ideas about simply being kind to each other. There are quite a lot of sex shops that are more women-friendly. Anne Summers is the original one. I hope you have fun looking!
