Getting the man you loved out of your mind, realising he was not the man your married anymore and moving forward. Literally just into my new life. Tips please.

I made a list of all the shit he did, the traits that were awful and looked at them whenever I felt the doubt.

I blocked him on all but one platform so that I wasn't being constantly reminded and I got busy, asking friends out for drinks, arranging coffees, dinner and all sorts of things and found that really enriched my life this way and was no longer trying to convince myself of anything - I really was happier than I'd been in ages!
