I’m out of the scene a long time and am just interested to know what are the ‘ more than likely’ signs that a colleague might be interested in me rather than just friendly office banter. Thanks

During a work environment unless they say they like you or ask you out I wouldn't have a clue x

Thanks Louise . Well he tells me he likes me a lot and tends to spend his breaks hanging around and texts plenty outside of work . More so than with other colleagues . He has never asked me out formally, only suggestions of social outings together of which we have done a few .. with others and together

He told me he wanted to snog my face off.

Not at work, obviously 🤣

Why not try mentioning that you wouldn't mind going somewhere over the weekend - Pictures? Pub? Something to eat? and if he takes you up on the offer, bonus. If he says yeah great i'll come shall we invite others, just say if you want, i'm happy either way if its just the two of us.

Then if the two of you go out, be a bit more touchy feely and complimentary and see what kind of response you get back. If he's interrested, he'll mirror your actions.

Good luck
