A close friend of mine is married to a guy that is gay. Not openly but she knows. She won’t leave him, as she feels it will hurt her children. They are young, <11 yrs. She has a great family on her side and all her friends and family dislike her husband. Is staying put the right thing to do? Is leaving a marriage really that bad for children? I think it all depends on how the parents behave, ie do their best for their kids, but yet separate; or just go out full war and make life miserable for everyone. What do members think? Is she right to stay?
