I reported my exh for having sex with me whilst I was asleep and it's the worst thing I've ever done as he's now taken away my daughters thanks to Cafcass as the police dropped the charges due to lack of evidence and I'm finding it so hard to cope

Sorry I don’t have any experience of the situation you’re in, it sounds horrific. Hopeful bump for you so that someone more useful might see your thread Flowers

Oh no OP this sounds horrible and I really don't know what to say. Can you go over to a friend's house or family member's house and have a chat or do something with them to take your mind of it? or maybe you just need someone to support you with a family member/friend will.
I have no idea how these things work but maybe you should find yourself a new lawyer or go to the police station and re new your statement and say you want your daughter back?
I hope that this will blow over soon and you will get the justice you deserve. Wishing you strength and sending you hugs X Flowers
