Am I too old to find the spark? Feel like it won’t even happen again

Last time I felt a spark was age 30. I’m 35 now and no signs of that amazing rush of excitement to see someone.

Everyone I date is ok. Sometimes meet again. But it’s never a spark that keeps me wanting to see them more. Have I grown up and out of that? Am I expecting too much?

Sparks definitely possible way beyond 35! Are you subconsciously sabotaging things by picking the wrong people on purpose. Maybe try dating people who are not an obvious match

Sally I feel like I’ve tried everything. Last relationship was less than a year ago and that was good but struggled to find someone I’m attracted to since then.

I date and I keep an open mind. Just never bothered about meeting again

Everyone I’ve dated is just ok. That’s it.

Major sparks at 49 here (he was 51) and still smouldering nicely after several years.

We met at work and were both instantly attracted to each other. We didn't find out the other felt the same for a while though.

You're meeting the wrong men. No matter what age you are if you find the right person there will be a spark.
