Hi.
I had my hair bleached a couple of months ago. It didn't take too well and had to be re-done. Big mistake. The condition and colour is awful. I cried when she left! She's a friend of the family and whilst we don't socialise together, we get on very well.
I had to get my hair put right in a proper salon and it's now starting to look good, repairing the damage etc.
What on earth do I tell my friend? I've avoided her. But there's no way I want her near my hair again! It's bound to cause bad feeling within the family but I can't keep avoiding her or do I?

If you don't socialise together are you likely to see her again? If not, I'd do nothing, and just not go back to her.
