He's an absolute nutball. Allsorts gone on in the past, he's been violent, emotionally abusive etc... He's trying to bring up the dd to be part of his strict religion, so much going on. He hassles mate by ringing and texting as does his 3rd wife - he's 35 or so by the way. Latest, he interviews the dd by video and gets her to admit his ex step son has been abusing her. It's all tosh but he's desperate to get custody. Poor mate had dd taken off her but has her back now though it's still going through court. I'm in shock and so sad for her. She's had nothing but grief for years
I just hope they see through him and he gets done for time wasting.

As I'm sure you are aware, sibling abuse does take place & if it were true then the child would need listened to by an adult who believed her.

oh it's definitely lies, he's tried similar before. yes he used leading questions and also mentioned a former conversation in the car, the judge was livid apparently. Now though he's making a fuss saying SS were at fault and haven't done their job properly.
If you knew the boy in question you'd know how he finds anything like this gross. Her ex is a sicko and control freak who is trying to win a game. Hopefully he won't.

I think social services will be appalled at the video. He is surely not trained in interviewing children and in my humble opinion it's a form of abuse in itself.
