its my sons 22 birthday today hes just nipped home ,he lives with gf and said his grandparents and uncles and aunties never bothered to even ring never mind send a card ..hes annoyed god tight gits ,wait till their bday ..i will forget.hubby said im been petty sorry had to have a moan my family all remembered

No one remembers my birthday either hazygirl. Family forgot as soon as i'd passed my 21st. Mum and dad obviously remmebred but no one else did. Just get them what they gor him but put it in a bigger box

They perhaps think he's a little old for that type of thing (ringing). It has to stop sometime, though i would've thought his grandparents should've at least sent a card. I usually ring people on my birthday to say thanks (if i've received something) rather than wait for them to ring me. I don't always get cards of aunties and uncles but then i don't send them one either.

Oh i agree that grandparents should've sent a card. Perhaps it'll arrive in post tomorrow and maybe they're sat at home wondering why he hasn't rung to say thanks. Or do they live next door and therefore have no excuse.

they havent asked for his address andd when my son went in april to tell them he had managed to buy a little house with g f they barely looked up from tv ...i know he works but he works bloody hard as a tree surgeon but a card would b nice. it should not bother me in twenty six years of been with hubby i have had two and for my fortieth bd she bought me anti wrinkle cream
