Hello, first off sorry if this is in the wrong place but new to the site. Also i know the default is that I should assume im always wrong. Im married and have been for a few years now. Ones of my mates recently asked me to help him pull and be a wing man. Now before I agreed to it I thought I should check the wife was comfortable with this. She said no, fair enough but what's given me pause for thought is that she said I should never have even thought it could be okay. From my perspective I dont see what was wrong with what I've done as I have been open about everything considered her before I made a choice and respected her wishes. Should I not have even considered this?thanks ladies in advance.

Sorry though it seemed more polite than women.

You can click on any of your posts and report your post and ask for the thread to be removed but the moderators don’t always agree. Citing privacy/identifying concerns seems to work best. You can’t close of a current thread - it stays on the site and people can comment if they choose. You can hide it so you don’t see any more posts or just don’t look any more. But before you go, will you read SleepingStandingUp’s post just a few above this?

Yes, @SleepingStandingUp put it well. Tbh, OP, you might have stoked the fire on quite a few issues with this. Might be an idea to take her out for a meal soon.

It might help in the future Mehman to switch the situation around. How would you have felt if she’d proposed to chat up strange men in a bar in order to help her friend pull? I imagine you'd be less than enthusiastic.
