well the first anniversary is paper so gig tickets is a good start.

my gift to him was a copy of the karma sutra!

Twiglett · 04/06/2007 14:29

we looked after our 1 month old DS

currantbunmum · 04/06/2007 14:51

I bought DH tickets to the opera, as it's the paper anniversary. I had a little spend in Coco de Mer, courtesy of his paper money! and he also bought me tickets to NZ v Wales at the Millenium Stadium. Had fantastic time at both

Mum looked after dd's.

wuzzlefraggle · 04/06/2007 14:57

We went for a weekend to a posh hotel. This hotel neglected to inform us they were extensively re-furbishing We had to squeeze past ladders to get to our room which turned out to have two single beds in it, I'd booked a double room. After a hilarious night of trying not to fall down between the two pushed together beds
we left the next morning and booked into another hotel round the corner and had an amazing time

wuzzlefraggle · 05/06/2007 14:54

thanks ladies x i decided to get a few more gift to go with the concert tickets, i'll prob do us a meal (or get a take-away...I'm undecided lol) and have some heart confetti and heart balloons which i'll put around the table or something...i dunno, i'll get there lol

My dh bought me a present to represent each letter of my name (7 letters!) not all of them posh and expensive but it was a lovely, unique thing!

TheApprentice · 05/06/2007 16:33

As ist anniversary is paper, I made dh lots of paper vouchers using the computer, to be used at his leisure. You know the sort of thing, "This voucher entitles the bearer to a free massage, breakfast in bed etc"

You can really let your imagination run wild if you like!
