How do I find myself?

I recently split from my husband. His doing not mine.

I've decided 4 weeks moping around is enough and I really need to find myself again and do things I enjoy.

Problem is after 11 years and 3 children I just don't know how to go about it. I've only just turned 30 so I need to find me again.

Any tips from people who have been through similar situations?

I love baking too! unfortunately, being wheat intolerant it's a bit of a non-starter now the kids have left home, but I started making soup for an elderly persons' soup lunch and now do it regularly twice a month. Someone else makes the cakes. Most people love home-made fayre, so you would be a popular person in your community if you share what you make. Happy cooking - I wasn't much good at first, but practice makes perfect, don't be put off if your first attempts wouldn't impress Mary Berry much!
