It's starting to hurt now

My partner walked out this afternoon after packing a bag. I was so angry at first but now it's starting to hurt.

There's been no contact so I don't want to message him. Need some help to be strong.

I haven't made contact. I messaged his friend but they've read it and not replied. No idea where he is.

I just hate this.

How utterly juvenile. You need to let him go. He sounds very uncaring and juvenile. Of course you are sad, you don't believe you can be happier without him. Believe me, you will be. You will be so much better although hard for you to believe now. Agree with everyone.... Don't contact him. Enough is enough x

Don’t message his friends. Don’t message him. This is utterly attention seeking and no doubt its given him the excuse to go out and act like an unattached man with zero responsibilities. He will be in the pub again tonight acting out. Just block him. Keep the door locked. He will no doubt try to come back tomorrow afternoon or Monday when the weekends festivities are done and his mates have to go back to their real lives. Don’t poke up with it. Tell him if he messages you to “you wanted out so stay gone” don’t let him keep jerking you around.
