Drunken conversation has me worried

I was chatting to my best friend yesterday evening and she confessed something that I was shocked by. She is single and has been for years, and has one son who is away at University. We had polished off most of a couple of bottles of wine when my friend stated she couldn't wait for her son to come back from Uni - and asked me if I thought he was attractive. I just chuckled and said I thought for a 19 year old I thought he was a good looking lad. She then admitted to me that she probably shouldn't share this with me but she sometimes finds him really attractive! I think she realised I was shocked so she changed the subject quickly, but I could tell she was embarrassed. My question is should I bring this up with her again when we are sober, or even mention it to her son?

If he looks like his father, who she would obviously have been attracted to at some point, it could be linked to those emotions

Update. She came to see me this morning and she brought up the conversation. "Did I say something I shouldn't have the other evening?' I feigned the confused 'what do you mean?' at which point she again looked embarrassed and said 'It was a silly thing to say. I think I need a boyfriend'! Well that doesn't make it seem more innocent! I sort of laughed and made some tea....

Thinking it is not a crime but yes, it's an odd thing to feel. I hope she doesn't get drunk and tell her son the poor kid would be petrified.

I've found my cousin attractive but 1) I was a teen and 2) I didn't give birth to him.

To say someone is 'attractive' is to siggewt you are attracted to them. To say they are handsome, pretty etc is passing comment on their looks and nothing more.

All good looking people aren't 'attractive'. Some of them are positively unattractive!
