Help!! abusive neighbour

What to do about an abusive neighbor, this is from Friday night he threw 2 wheelie bins at me! over a broken plant in now scared to leave my flat, any advice? Do not want to involve Police as think it will just make him worse as he is clearly a violent person.

OP at the very end the man is talking to you but you've turned the sound off. He may be angry but not raging so I suspect this video does not help with your complaint if you take it further.

It just looks like he momentarily lost his temper, then immediately picked the bin up. No big deal and certainly not "neighbour from hell" territory!!
