I am in a loving stable relationship . We have been married for 8 years. I have recently lost a lot of weight and for the first time in years feel attractive again. Men are starting to flirt and notice me again and i like it , it makes me feel alive. I dont want to have an affair or do anything to risk my marriage, but i do find myself having little fantasies about other men.
I am flattered by the attention and cant help but enjoy it and feel pleased with myself.
I am not looking for advice as such, i just wondered if there are others out there who have had the same experience

Feeling good about yourself, enjoying catching the eye of a man, or woman, looking at you and knowing that they have noticed you in a positive way is a good and healthy thing. Thinking about another man, or a faceless person in your fantasies is fine sand normal and natural. Well done for losing the weight and I'm really pleased your having fun. Just keep it there and carry enjoying the new found attention.

thats what I am thinking. Part of me feels like a teenager again. The other part realises ( the grown up part ) that there would be too much to lose.
It is fun though
