My mob can take days to receive messages (on O2). It's a real PITA when the network is crappy. FGS, your DP is being childish about something you have no control over, tell him to pull himself together and grow up !!!

tammybear · 09/07/2004 00:42

i know NDP. hes just asked me if im bored with him. im bored with his childish questions!!

NomDePlume - I think that's a Worcestershire thing rather than an O2 thing. I've had real issues on two different networks with delayed messages around here (for up to 3 days)... and it's only ever happened around here (and you know me, I text a lot )

GeorginaA · 09/07/2004 00:49

Oh, I sit corrected. Dh has just informed me O2 are particularly bad for it (he used to work in comms industry and tested all the major networks), but he has confirmed that it's an issue with all the networks and does seem particularly bad around here.

nikcola · 09/07/2004 00:53

tell him to buy you a new phone if it will make him feel better

tammybear · 09/07/2004 00:55

lol, not a bad idea nikcola. im going to go and have a long soak in the bath to calm myself down, and then ill raid the cupboards for some chocolate. Great way to wind down
