Wedding malarky help...

I am trying (with minimal success) to finish organising my wedding for June 4th.

It's very informal- registry office at County Hall, then a party at a funky club / bar afterwards.

Can anyone recommend places to get the following?...

  • A decent black man's suit - something stylish but not over priced. (Tight budget)

  • Reception invites that are funky looking, not traditional. Saw some selections in Tesco, but they all had flowers / cakes / hearts (Blurgh!)

  • Ideas for small gifts for three cousins who are 'bridesmaids' of sorts (Aged 15, 13 and 11)

gifts for cousins - this is a fab little online place and I am sure they can deliver overseas - very funky unique things.

here

Invitations - we printed ours on lovely card we got from staples - did it up on the pc.

M & S suits look good on their website. Thanks!

Paperchase website doesn't have any invitations though

We got our wedding invites from Clinton Cards. They were fairly minimalist instead of being all twee.

You could always hire a suit from somewhere, rather than buy.

We bought my dsd a silver necklace - think she's probably lost it by now. I really don't see the point in buying anything too special for them at those ages.

We got our invites from Wickedly Innocent (online, google them!) - quite funky and the company was really helpful, giving me too much choice really! Might be a bit pricier....but then might give you some ideas to 'borrow'....
