My DH really knows how to pull a punch, for the last few mths he has acted like a real pain in the A**E! with no exceptions. He has over reacted on so many things from the shopping to me having time out and a nice grown up lunch with a friend. He has been completely unreasonable with DC, to the point we would always wait until we were on our own before we commented on our behaviour towards the dc, well I had started telling him to stop being so negative etc..... infront of them! We he has now gone away for a week(went yesterday) he has just phoned and apologised for the way he has behaved and he feels he is going through a mid life crisis! Now I feel really bad at being so hard on him, but honestly he really behaved like jerk! Its that classic scenario, when hes good he is very very good and when he is bad he is horrid!
When he is bad I cant see us having a future, and that really upsets me, as we have been married 15yrs this yr and together for 20yrs! Bloody men!!!!!!!!

Mine's having a bit of a mid life crisis, too! I was talking to a friend about it and she said hers has completely lost his sense of humour lately. I suppose it's their age...
...They'll be going out buying sports cars next

Oh dear! In our house, its the other way round, with me losing my sense of humour over the last 2 weeks. I'm putting it all down to uni stress and general life, but I hope it passes soon!

Sorry to hear that you are feeling like this but hopefully you and your DH will be able to sort it all out.
