How do you tell someone you fancy them?

Do you think he has an idea you fancy him, does he perhaps fancy you?

think you need to igve us a bit more. obviously at 25 saying "i fancy you" or worse "my mate fancies you" doesnt quite do it. Surely flirting outrageously will get the message across

i would do a bit of flirting send some slightly fliratatious and suggestive text messages, maybe do some similar talking on msn and hope he gets the message.
