DH keeps telling me I'm loose and need to do more pelvic floors. I'm pretending to do them but hate it. I feel like tellin it's actually him, and that he's shrunk! Any advice?

Tell him to fuck off! Men shrink with age you know. Well, for the purposes of this conversation they do...

SaucyMoo · 15/02/2007 23:36

why do you hate them? they dont take that much effort..just do them while you're watching tv or ironing!! apparently they do work?

I dont know if its possible for men to shrink but i could be wrong!

It works, DO THEM.
It makes things more enjoyable for you too.

surely its worth doing them just so you dont wet yourself when you sneeze. i was told with last pg you can have an operation to get your pelvic floor 'resprung' but it doesnt sound a lot of fun. do them now before its too late!

As gigglinggoblin says. Pelvic floors are your friend. They make sex more enjoyable, and can increase your interest in sex (better blood flow to the area).

That being said, your DH needs a bit of tact I think.

This is a good basic page on pelvic floor exercises. First try them when you're sitting down, then move to standing, and then standing with your legs apart.
