Increased libido at certain times of the month?

After no interest in sex following the birth of ds, we seem to have got back on track a bit over the past few months. Something I've noticed is that I'm always up for it mid-cycle, but not the rest of the month. Thats fine with both of us, but just wondered if anyone else finds that.
Is it something to do with ovulation and therefore your body encouraging you when you're most fertile, or just coincidence?!!

yep...its your trying everyting in its powers to make another baby

Gloworm is right! It's nature's sneaky way of ensuring the human race continues to survive...

I get that too. It was great when we were trying for a baby - I kind of had my own in-built clock telling me when to go for it - but a real nuisance now our family is complete - had a bit of a pregnancy scare last week in fact. Thankfully, period came nice and early to stop me worrying.

Pretty certain that DS was conceived in one of these surges! and he was first time lucky . . . once we're back on track with the old sex life, my first port of call is going to be contraception - really good contraception!

(too much info there? sorry . . .)
