Email spam box what does it mean

I have access to my dh email and him to mine purely by accident. Happened to look in his spam tonight to discover lots of messages regarding of the sexual nature, on even for a casual dating site. I tried to change the password on this but although the it had come to his email address it said. His email was not registered. I know this is relevant but can't work out what it is. He is working tonight so I can't challenge him . Any thoughts

I've literally just had one now saying I have a new match on zoosk.

I don't even know what zoosk is, safe to say I'm not signed up on it.

I have an email address which has the name of the Brownie unit I run. It gets spammed with all kinds of stuff that my personal email doesn't. including hot ladies, sex enhancers, all sorts. Don't click, go straight to trash.
It means nothing Op.

I work in a school and its general email address even gets these sorts of email! I wouldn't worry.

I only get spam emails from dating sites because I used to be on them. I haven't been for years and still get emails saying someone has "messaged" me or winked at me or something stupid like that.

Just checked my spam file for the first time in ages and on the first page alone I have 15 messages of this nature. I have never signed up for any dating sites or anything, nor ever registered any interest in finding 'barely legal sex partners' or spoke to someone called 'chloe from essex' who has 'replied to a message I 'sent' by offering me a webcam chat

If you opened one you are gonna be deluged

That's how they find out if it's a real email address

Good job it was on your phone. I'd be well pissed off if someone opened that sort of crap on one of my devices.
