For domestic abuse against me.

NC for obvious reasons but I am so so scared and worried what's going to happen now and in the future. He's not physically abusive, just emotional and sexual.

I feel so alone right now. Sad

He counter alleged that it was all fine, consensual and I was crazy. Sad

I'm totally broken

Well of course he did - he was hardly going to hold his hands up and say 'yep, I'm an abuser.'

That doesn't make it true though

He is lying to save his own arse. I think you should call WA urgently and get some support as well as advice on how to get the DCs back.

It's really hard when friends and colleagues melt away, which is why you need some professional support right now Flowers

Give WA a call now. They will help give you strength.
Do you see the DC? What arrangements are in place? Have you spoken with a solicitor?

I'll give them a call after work tonight, I need to try and get my solicitor to do something. I haven't heard from her in some weeks.

I'm holding it all together just about

Yes you must contact Women's Aid immediately. They can take in you and your DC and will advise and support you. Please do this asap.
