It was amazing. But I know there are a couple of factors that mean it can't be long term. So I need some advice really, just go with it and enjoy it while it lasts? Or end it now because of these factors that almost certainly won't change, to avoid being hurt in the future?

Yes I would highly recommend it ice always fancied guys a bit younger rather than older, I'm 35 but probably look 28-30, and that's the age difference I've often gone for, but I've never gone 10 years younger before! It's an eye opener

I told dp he has to quit smoking if he wanted to get serious as I didn't want a smoker around my kids. He quit in September and moved in in April.
The age difference would bother me more as it can't be fixed!
