Grindr profiles can typically only be seen by others on Grindr - so it doesn't really matter that you'd be able to ID him, because you were on the app, too, IYSWIM?

I don't use it but I have a few gay friends who do and it seems it's sort of an "in-app joke" to use bizarre height and weight metrics. It marks out the regulars from the newbies. Apparently.

If she sets up a Grindr and logs in, he'll show as active and close to her if it's on his phone and he's not deactivating it between meets.
