OMFG, Am I a prude or is my 'friend' weird?

Was out with a girl from work last night, I wouldn't go so far as to describe her as a friend. Anyway, we had a few drinks, the gossip flowed, we got onto our relationships and then she told me her and her partner (both v attractive) have applied to go the next 'Fever party'. Whats that I ask, oh its like an upmarket sex party she says. I didnt really know what to say, so moved the conversation on. I couldn't believe it when I checked their website this morning (was going to post a link but thought I'd better not). Now she is quite quiet around the office, friendly with guys but never flirty. She does change a bit after a couple of drinks and always thought she could be a 'bit of one' but blimey, not like that! I'm really quite shocked, am I a prude?

I thought pampas grass would be a type of pram, shows what I know.

And why is everyone going on about cliques all of a sudden? Have I missed a row?

What would our dh say if they knew what we have all just read

marthamoo · 28/05/2004 13:25

Our neighbours next door but one have pampas grass....

oliveoil · 28/05/2004 13:25

I will remove some of my thick skin and supply to anyone feeling hurt and neglected.

My clique stall would advertise good typing, no whining or navel gazing. No diets, lots of talk about bags or shoes.

Jaxmum · 28/05/2004 13:27

Its been half an hour, I've still not recovered. Someone just asked me if I was ok as I looked like I'd "just seen a ghost".

I have a pampas grass on my terrace, but it doesn't look happy and has never flowered - should I persuade DH that we should swing for the sake of the pampas' health?
