an absolute cow. i have made him get out of bed. because i am ill. ok, dd3 just puked up everywhere, all i askedwas for dd1 to wake daddy to fetch me a wet cloth, but he didnt do it fast enough so i ranted at hime. its not his fault.

Neither is it yours. You are both living with unbelievable stress and it's bound to come out one way or another. You are ill. Cut yourself some slack and stop beating yourself up for being human.

i know i should cut myself some slack, but its this sense of guilt if i cant do something myself. i always feel like i am letting everyone down.

Misdee, in your situation, if you were indeed letting everyone down, your dh would be in hospital permanently and your children would be in care.

It is thanks to the efforts that you make to meet all your family's needs that this isn't the case.

If you didn't let go sometimes, I think I'd be more worried.
