Ended my marriage last night

I've been wanting to for a year but couldn't. I had good reason not to yet.

Dh was in tears and got quite childish. Of course it's all my fault.

I havent' left the house, just the relationship.

Feeling numb right now.

I've got lots of support in RL but he hasn't. I asked him to ring a good level headed mate of us both as I know he'll be great but dh said he doens't need support.

What made you decide now? Numb is good at the moment!!

I had to wait until something was over for him. It was very stressful.

Also wanted to get Christmas over with and not go into the New Year with this hanging over me.

I do feel free but scared now. Not really emotional though iykwim? Quite a surreal feeling.

I haven't been downstairs yet and have to go and get coffee and breakfast. He's on the sofa but has been for a while. Why he got such a shock when we don't touch is beyond me? He never even kisses me on the cheek and I'm not ugly by any means. Don't smell afaik?

He's almost civil to me now and was laughing with the kids today.
He's out with a friend now so that's good. Glad he's talking to someone as he can keep things bottled.
Everyone's being so supportive and not calling me. They say I'm brave but it just had to be done. Can't live a lie anymore.
