this year we're seeing inl's quite a lot with bil getting married on 22nd, they're calling over so dh can try suit on 19th, then a meal night before the wedding with both sides of the family(sil to be). on the wedding day we have arranged to go over late am so ds can have his mid day nap(will only be at wedding a few hours due to them getting married late) And then they're calling over boxing day afternoon for xmas cake , pressies etc. (no meal to cook thankfully!)with a few of their relatives one who is as difficult to get along with as they are at times.
I am due to have my period around this time and need some tips on keeping calm please!

I would genuinely suggest

  1. avoid any booze (makes your testosterone levels increase by 50% allegedly and therefore makes you feel more aggressive...)
  1. Avoid caffiene - makes your stress levels increase and you're less likely to sleep well
  1. Get some sleep.

Failing all of the above, get bladdered and pass out, making yourself too ill to attend anything at all (not genuinely recommended!)
