have i been dumped or is there still hope,

he would genuinely be busy at this time of the year with work ( you guessed it he is santa's helper) so i do believe him, and i would hope he would be honest with me and tell me if he didnt want to see me again,

i dont think you've been dumped - next date ask him outright and honestly.

I reckon there's still hope as he has said he'll have more time to spend with you after this week. I'd text him back saying something like cool, just let me know when you're free.

Think it could be either. If he was really wanting to postpone, you would think he phone to arrange a different day but as is well known, in matters of dating most men and most women do not think alike

I think I'd just reply saying "No problem, it's a manic time of year, hope you aren't too stressed and hope to see you soon". And leave it to him to make contact to arrange a new date.

& he said postpone, not cancel

reply back with, Ok thanks for letting me know. give me a ring when your able to take me to that slap up meal (add a smile/wink)

then wait and see what he replies.

that way your not rushing him or being pushy but if he does wish to continue the relationship ( i think he does) then he will rpely with something nice.

take it at face value. he will either re-schedule the date in which case you know all is well, or he won't in which case, yes you're dumped.
