Taking your phone everywhere including bathroom, when getting up at night, not letting it out of sight when charging it up etc.

Is it ever innocent?

Yes I do it. I am terribly addicted to my iPhone and have constant texts from friends, like to read the news and of course, mumsnet.

It drives DH mad

I bring mine with me everywhere because if I didn't, I would probably lose it. I am a bit forgetful that way.

I have a little mini bag I wear round the house to keep my phone in!! I have a pedometer on my phone and as I'm severely limited in what I can do exercise wise, every step is valuable.

Nowt untoward and if OH wants to use my phone I have free calls, he doesn't I give it to him and he knows my password.

I'm like that with my phone. Nothing to hide.

My husband and all of our kids know my phone password- I think that's important in case of emergency.
