....after he had replied "I'm fucking busy stop being a CUNT" to a text I had sent him?

I had previously texted him to ask whether he could do something for me and he replied that he couldn't due to being so busy. I then stated in a non aggressive fashion that if he was so busy, why was he posting things on Facebook? He then sent me the above text.

:-(

Depends how you feel about the word/person saying it. OH and I play it a bit fast and loose with the swearing, I literally just used that exact word while we were play fighting and we both laughed so no harm done.

I do think your second message was really rude and none of your business to question. You seem a bit too involved, if he's the one taking kid to the party why do you care if he has a present or not? Seems like an excuse to contact him. You're an ex, not a wife. Use this as motivation to move on. Print it off and stick it on your fridge or something!

Stop doing his drudge work. You are no longer his wife. He buys the card, present, wrapping paper and sellotape. You don't even remind him to do it. If the party kid gets no present, that's not your problem.

Btw you don't stay FB friends with an ex.

It's not a word I use, but if my ex questioned my saying I was busy by commenting on my Facebook usage, I'd certainly thinking something similar!

I don't think you can say it's not an aggressive thing to say.

Definitely need to unfriend him.
