Regrets? Have any & what are they?

Just wondered if anyone had any regrets if so what are they & how do you live with them ? Xx

It's so nice of you all to share yours & realise you are not the only one who has regrets! I am trying to forgive myself but finding it very hard, I think it's because it's the only regret I have so find it very hard to compare it to anything else.
It still affects me to this day, the thought of a night away or a holiday or even a romantics meal throw me completely out of my 'comfort zone' as I used to worry about them so much before I told him. I wish I had told him years ago rather than waiting 3 years. I pray in time I will get better but worry so much that I won't. I don't want to be regretting it forever & ever!

Disgustingname change -what are you scared of? Do you have kids with this person?

Do you all find it hard to forgive yourselves ?

My only regret is putting my complete faith in my ex.
For putting him before my own feelings.
He had a stressful job and work life and family then me were second and third. I stuck it out because I loved him.
He left me in January for someone else and with hindsight I perhaps think he wasn't worth being lonely for.
