so this morning I woke up looking at girlfriend and she was like what u looking at and stop staring at me all with an attitude and it's made me wonder, why am I with someone who has a go at me just because I like looking at her in a morning, I do it every morning before I go to work and even when she's asleep and now I'm not allowed to look at her? WTF?

Get a blow up doll, no goat breath and will be happy to be stared at 24/7 .... I love this poster

Sallystyle · 11/06/2015 22:33

It could be creepy but three foot away isn't really creepy. Going right up in someone's face while they are sleeping is creepy but I don't think he did that Grin

On the other hand, I don't like being watched much. I find it quite intrusive.

I am now worried OP is really my husband and this is his subtle way of telling me to stop looking at him ;)

GayByrne · 11/06/2015 22:36

Sigh

myusernameisusername · 11/06/2015 22:38

Maybe she misread your face try smiling at her not staring like this Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Buster08 · 11/06/2015 23:12

Did the wall get offended when you turned over and stared at him instead? If so you must be staring wrong. Try it with a little jaunty grin instead.

DrJacoby · 12/06/2015 04:44

Try laughing quietly to yourself as you watch her next time. Women love that.

LineRunner · 12/06/2015 06:48

DrJacoby, or a moderately quiet cackle?

AgathaF · 12/06/2015 07:02

How old are you? It's OK until you're about 23 and then it's creepy WTF! There's now an age limit on looking at the person you love?

timelord1912 · 12/06/2015 07:48

quiero do you live in west Yorkshire?

Perhaps she's a bit self conscious or not at her best in the morning? I hate it if anyone looks too closely at me in the morning. I would much rather they looked at me when I had showered, blow-dried my hair and put a bit of makeup on.

Give her some space and stop looking at her.

notthestereotype · 12/06/2015 10:03

Hmmm red flag going up

DumbledoresKnobblyWand · 12/06/2015 10:14

OH! I see now.

Righto.

laurierf · 12/06/2015 10:14

someone has just reported timelord1912 regarding an AIBU thread.

That AIBU thread! Weird and horrible.

Eekaman · 12/06/2015 10:22

As said earlier, 'if she asks you to stop, then stop! End of''

So if she asks you to walk in front of a bus, you walk in front of a bus! End of. Wow, thats the basis on a fair and balanced relationship eh?

OP, some people just aren't morning people. Shrug, don't worry about it.

iamadaftcoo · 12/06/2015 10:23

I can't see the OP's AIBU, has it been deleted?

DumbledoresKnobblyWand · 12/06/2015 10:23

This seems like a very strange hobby to have as a couple if you really are two people.

DumbledoresKnobblyWand · 12/06/2015 10:34

I'm just glad they've stopped replies to the AIBU thread before too many people started sharing their experiences of rape.
