I've set a profile up on match then panicked and suspended it. This isn't brave is it?

Didn't know you could hide a profile. I found Match scary because it doesnt allow you to look around without uploading your profile plus picture. I understand that a bit but as an OLD virgin I wanted to get a feel for it all before jumping in.

You can google pof search and do an advanced search in your area on pof without even joining it

I'be just done an advanced search not being too restrictive on anything and it returned 3!!!! men within 50 miles of me

Are you sure you didn't accidentally select a narrow option by mistake?go through each kid and check. e.g. I once selected a particular star sign by mistake and got hardly any returns.Unless you live somewhere obscure I would imagine you'd get more returns than that.

How charming is this chatted to a guy of pof for ages but the. Got involved with Mr it , after me n Mr it split properly i.e. no more fwb , this bloke and I sort of me .
We had a huge row via text and he blocked me ect, wasn't that fussed as was hung up on Mr it.
Last night he get in touch to say the girl he started to see had broken up and he was lonely and thought of me lol

Interesting info - I was sitting with friends last night at a birthday meal (not close friends) and one is desperate to meet a man but doesn't want to meet our male friend's friends after work when they're drinking... I wouldn't either!

Another woman is happily sort of single (dating) but in touch with a Morroccan man she met on holiday last summer. She then told me a friend of hers had shown her Tinder and she was a bit about it. I've now heard 2 horror stories about a Morroccan and a Tunisian (after UK passports) and I'd be careful myself...

Then there's another friend who dates as and when she wants to (has been married and divorced twice). But both the latter 2 don't want to do OLD.

Well weekend plans , what is every one up to???
Depending on the weather I'm going to the fair just for a nose around and then a drink, although I'm sticking to soft drinks .
Tomorrow my mum is meeting Mr post , I'm terrified , mum never met my bf before it's only a flying visit mum got a book case she wants to get rid of and he wanted one for DVD ect and they dropping it off tomorrow at Mr posts .
He was up at 6 am cleaning the living room lmao
