After an argument, what's the longest period of time you've gone with no communication? We've reached a whole week now with not a word spoken.

Silent treatment is a form of bullying because it's designed to make the other person feel insecure and anxious. Keeping quiet for a while to calm down... fairly normal. Deliberately withdrawing contact for a week with no end in sight .... unacceptable
