Day out with the kids today. Meal out withouth them tomorrow.

Next year MIL is having the kids for a weekend are we are heading out to Dublin for some adult only luxury!

And we have 'done' in that 19 years, 3 wars with dh in active service, 2 cancers, one other life threatening illness, one mc, a years infertility brought on by the mc, 9 moves, job changes, two kids and more love and fun that I can possibly list.

Sheesh, looking back it seems like a real rollercoaster, but I wouldn't swap any of it, not even the shit stuff.

Lucky woman, me.
