he's getting married...and I feel sad

heard from ex boyfriend today and he's getting married. It's so stupid but I feel really sad about it. Not devasted but kind of 'what could have been' kind of way.

anyone else still hold a small candle for an ex?

mine are all ex for extremely valid reasons, no regrets, my xdp who is my sons father has had a couple of serious girlfriends in the decade since ds was born, I'd be shocked if he had another child though... I do love him to bits though, he's a sweet guy a loving daddy just not in "that" way
I shake my head and wonder if fate played a part as I cannot recall how I ever ever fancied him
I left NZ to leave his "sphere" I was so in love with him and it hurt...
Crap now when he arrived in UK 17 mths later it was like OMG how could I have ever.....
Thank god I did, one really great little lad came out of it!
